Luxury beachfront villa in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella fitted with a complete energy package: 500 W monocrystalline solar panels across the terracotta pitched roof and a tilt-frame array on the flat roof, two Deye SE-G5.1 Pro-B lithium battery modules (~10.2 kWh) with a Deye hybrid inverter, and Daikin ceiling-concealed ducted air conditioning. A live commissioning snapshot recorded 5.71 kW solar generation with the home running on self-consumption and the battery charging. Solar, battery and AC delivered as one project by Agua Therm's English-speaking team.

Existing Benalmadena villa fitted with Daikin ADEA50A2VEB ceiling-concealed ducted fan-coil units and 2× Daikin ARXM35A5V1B9 R32 (A2L, GWP 675) outdoor units manufactured January 2026. Airzone motorised zone dampers for independent room-by-room temperature control. Professional commissioning with Testo digital manifold. Fast turnaround for an urgent client.

Two-floor occupied villa in San Pedro de Alcántara, Marbella retrofitted with Daikin concealed ducted indoor units and two Daikin R32 inverter outdoor units, zoned with the Airzone Flexa 25 Plus Rectangular (model AZC25PCB1MOTU, Made-in-Málaga) and the Airzone Blueface Zero master thermostat (AZCE6BLUEZER0CB). Full legacy ductwork strip-out, EN 12735 copper line-set, OFN nitrogen pressure test, deep vacuum to ≤500 microns on a Testo 550 manifold, REBT-compliant electrical work with Type A 30 mA RCBOs and electrical certification provided by LIT Electricians SL.

Sea-view villa in San Pedro de Alcántara fitted with a Johnson Inverter pool heat pump (R32, A2L safety class). Titanium heat exchanger compatible with the existing Tecniclor salt-chlorination cell, integrated downstream of the existing red sand filter, dedicated REBT 230 V spur with Type A 30 mA RCBO and pool equipotential bonding. Designed to maximise self-consumption from the property's existing rooftop solar PV. Electrical certification provided by LIT Electricians SL.

Like-for-like replacement of an end-of-life Fujitsu split AC in a Torremolinos coastal apartment. New Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-HR50VFK2 / MUZ-HR50VF2 (5.0 kW cooling, 5.4 kW heating, R32, IP44 outdoor unit). Full F-Gas commissioning with Testo digital manifold gauges. Both units manufactured early 2026.

Two-bedroom San Pedro villa fitted with two independent Johnson DC Inverter A++ R32 wall splits. Pre-insulated copper linesets, dedicated 230 V REBT spurs with Type A 30 mA RCBOs, OFN nitrogen pressure test, deep vacuum to 500 microns and full F-Gas commissioning on a Testo digital manifold.

Casares villa pool heated with the Johnson JSP34YN 33 kW three-phase inverter heat pump (R32, COP up to 14.6, TÜV Rheinland A-class). New 380 V/3N/50 Hz feed, core-drilled wall penetrations and full plant room integration with existing Coral Filtro Serie 92.

End-of-life Daikin concealed ducted AC replaced with Johnson DC Inverter A++ R32 — existing rigid ductwork retained. Full F-Gas recovery, deep vacuum, professional commissioning.
