Thermal systems we install and maintain
HVAC engineering for Marbella property types
A multi-wing villa, a glazed penthouse and a coastal apartment should not receive the same specification. Layout, occupancy and exposure determine the design.
Local design decisions
Separate loads for sunny elevations, large glazing and double-height spaces.
Humidity control for properties left closed during part of the year.
Marine-exposure protection and considerate acoustic positioning in communities.
Access to ceiling voids, plant rooms and outdoor equipment before choosing VRV or ducted systems.
Marbella HVAC project evidence
The following cases document current diagnostic, replacement and thermal-integration work in Marbella properties.
Heat-recovery VRV conversion
A documented Marbella villa conversion using a zoned heat-recovery VRV system.
Read the documented projectVilla boiler diagnosis and repair
A real case showing plant-room diagnosis before replacement work is recommended.
Read the documented projectCoordinated thermal and energy upgrade
A villa project where the heat pump, hot water and controls were designed as one system.

Marbella HVAC questions
What should be checked before replacing the AC in a large villa?
We calculate room-by-room loads and assess ductwork, airflow, available electrical capacity, humidity control and outdoor-unit positions. Reusing unchecked ducts can restrict a new system.
How does Marbella's marine environment affect an outdoor unit?
Salt accelerates corrosion, particularly on seafront and wind-exposed properties. Position, coil finish, drainage and planned cleaning all help protect heat exchange performance.
Is Airzone useful in a home with irregular occupancy?
It can be, because only occupied rooms need conditioning. Before specifying it, we check that the modulating unit, duct network and minimum airflows are compatible.
Who carries out solar or electrical work in a wider energy renovation?
Agua Therm is responsible for the HVAC scope and thermal integration. Commercial solar, batteries, EV charging and general electrical installation belong to LIT Electricians.
