    Which system suits a Mijas Costa villa?

    It depends on heat load, insulation, outdoor space and the existing emitters. Villas with underfloor heating often suit low-temperature aerothermal systems, while a home with reusable ductwork may need a different approach.

    Does proximity to the sea change the equipment specification?

    Yes. In Calahonda, Riviera del Sol and La Cala we assess salt exposure, drainage and outdoor-unit position. Corrosion protection and access for routine cleaning matter close to the coast.

    Can a multi-storey home be zoned?

    Often, yes. Airzone can control rooms or floors independently where the duct design, dampers and airflow allow it. We inspect the existing system and calculate airflow before specifying controls.

    Does Agua Therm install solar panels or batteries?

    We do not sell solar or general electrical work. Agua Therm owns the HVAC design and installation. Where a thermal project needs PV, storage or an electrical upgrade, we coordinate the interface and refer that scope to LIT Electricians.
